Source and scope of data collection

We collect your personal data directly from you when you fill out a contact form through Facebook Lead Ads. The following data may be collected:

  • Name and surname
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Inquiry details (if applicable)
  • Any additional information voluntarily provided in the form

This data is stored in Facebook Ads Manager and may be downloaded by Xtrude3D for further processing.

Purpose and legal basis for processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your inquiry and establishing contact
  • Providing a commercial offer regarding Xtrude3D services
  • Direct marketing, if you have given consent

The legal basis for processing is:

  • Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR – processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR – if you have consented to your data being processed for marketing purposes.

  • Marketing and IT service providers – if they assist in managing our advertising campaigns.

Data transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

In connection with the use of Facebook Lead Ads, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), particularly to the United States.
Facebook (Meta) applies standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

Data retention period

Personal data collected via Facebook Lead Ads is stored in Meta’s system for a maximum of 90 days.
If the data is downloaded to Xtrude3D’s internal systems (e.g., CRM, email), it will be retained:

  • Until the purpose for which it was collected is fulfilled.
  • Until the user withdraws consent (if applicable).

After this period, the data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.

How can you delete your data?

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. You can do so in two ways:

Contacting us directly:
Send an email to office@xtrude3d.eu with a request for data deletion.
We will remove your data from our system and confirm the deletion.

Deleting your data via Facebook:
You can delete your data stored by Facebook Lead Ads by visiting:

Once deleted, your data will no longer be visible in Facebook's and Xtrude3D’s systems.
